ACH/ALLC 2003 Proposal Submission Form

If you wish to submit a proposal for a paper, poster presentation, or session, please complete the following form, paying particular attention to the information that is required about each proposal.  Submissions which do not contain the required information will be returned to the authors, and may not be considered at all if they are received close to the deadline.  If you have not already done so, please click here to read the details of the call for papers; please ensure that you understand these before submitting your proposal.

The form below asks for information about the submission, and also provides a mechanism for transferring the file containing your abstract(s) - which must be in TEI-XLite (XML only), HTML or plain text (flat ASCII) format - plus up to five image files. If submitting HTML, please remember that all abstracts will be translated into XML, and so HTML tags that do not affect the significant content of your abstract will be discarded and need not be submitted.

You may 'cut and paste' information into the form if you like.

Equipment Requirements

There will be a Windows computer or laptop, an LCD projector, and a live Internet hookup in every room for every session. There should also be an overhead projector.

Session Abstract
Please insert below an abstract that describes your session. (TEI-XLite, HTML or plain text)
  • Abstracts for papers or poster presentations should be 750-1500 words in length;
  • Abstracts for panels of 4-6 speakers should be 750-1500 words in length; and
  • Three-paper session abstracts should contain an abstract of 500 words for the entire session, and a 750-1500 word abstract for each paper -- including the paper's title and author's name in front of each one.
