Teacher Resources

The UGA Writing Center is here not only for students but also for all members of the university community, including teaching personnel. While we do not usually meet in one-on-one appointments with faculty and staff, such appointments, especially for multilingual speakers, may be available on occasion, depending upon how full our schedules with students are.

However, we are happy to serve the university's teachers in other ways. In these pages, you will find a variety of resources, from links to outside writing-related sites on the internet, to information about implementing technology in your classroom, to Georgia and UGA publications such as handbooks, fair use information, and the like. You may also wish to see our list of upcoming workshops so that you can encourage your students to attend ones that you feel will benefit them.

If you have suggestions about how we, either as a staff or as a website, may better serve UGA faculty and staff, please do not hesitate to contact us.
