I’m a second-year English MA student studying 19th- and 20th-century British and Irish literature. I was born and raised in Nashville, TN, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Davidson College in May 2025 with a BA in English and History. While at Davidson, I earned Honors in History for my thesis, “‘For this woman is a sinner’: The Rhetorical Objectification of Unmarried Mothers in Pre- and Post-Independence Ireland, 1912-1932.” I am a First-Year Writing Instructor here at UGA, and also have experience as a tutor in the Willis Center for Writing. In my free time, I love baking sourdough, watching basketball, and hiking on local trails.
