Joy Harjo for American Indian Returnings
Joy Harjo, a citizen of the Mvskoke Nation, visited the University of Georgia as the featured speaker for the American Indian Returnings (AIR) series in the department of English. She read on September 22, 2016 at 4:15 p.m. in Room 0214 of the Zell B. Miller Learning Center.   

New Student Reading 2016
The 2016 incoming class of creative writing Ph.D. students read on Thursday, August 18th.  Readers included Paul Cunningham, Nathan Gehoski, Ann Gillespie,  and Ben Rutherfurd.  Professors LeAnne Howe and Maggie Zurawski served as emcees for the evening.
