Tina Borah is a doctoral candidate in English at the University of Georgia, working in Postcolonial and Global Anglophone literary studies. She works on contemporary South Asian writing and multiethnic American literature, reading literary form as the record of political pressure rather than a means of representing it. Her articles appear in South Atlantic Review and Journal of Postcolonial Writing, and she writes for readers outside the academy in LARB PubLab, Scroll, and the Southern Review of Books.
